Instructions for preparing the goods for delivery

Pallets should have standard dimensions of 1200 x 800 mm. not higher than 180 mm.

Each pallet should be marked with a product category (e.g. water, food, bowls and covers or other), then być umieszczony pełny wykaz asortymentu jaki jest na danej palecie. Wszystkie dane powinny być czytelne i umieszczone w dostępnych miejscach.

If a given assortment cannot be palletized (large or oversized assortment), please provide weight and dimensions. The given assortment should be packed so that it is safe to load and unload without taking up any space involving a large amount of equipment and employees, and did not require more time than necessary.

We kindly inform you that the assistance provided to Ukraine via RARS is carried out within the framework of the EU Civil Protection Mechanism. All submitted offers are therefore verified and confirmed or rejected by the Ukrainian side. The offer may also be accepted in part. The acceptance of the reported goods by RARS takes place after receiving formal confirmation from Ukraine. We will notify you of acceptance or partial acceptance of the offer in a separate e-mail. Transferring goods to RARS also requires confirmation of your donation declaration, which will be generated in the next step after receiving confirmation of acceptance of the offer.

If the preferred recipient is JSC Khmelnytskoblenergo, please attach to your application a copy of the donation agreement signed between the Donor and JSC Khmelnytskoblenegro. The absence of such an agreement makes it impossible to accept the goods at the RARS warehouse and transfer the goods to Ukraine due to customs and tax requirements. The contract must be signed by both parties and contain the products specified in the form.
